Lead times, availability, site requirements, and how to lock a date.

How scheduling works

  1. Tell us what you need. Send your preferred dates, location, and group size.
  2. We confirm the fit. We’ll confirm availability and recommend the best event format for your group.
  3. A 50% deposit secures the date.
  4. Final counts are due 48 hours before the event.

Event site requirements

  • Level ground.
  • At least 14 ft × 12 ft of open space.
  • Power access preferred, but not always required.
  • Indoor or outdoor setup possible, weather dependent (outdoor 40–100 °F).
  • Play area accessible from 3 sides only — not 360°.
  • Canopy available for outdoor events.

We’ll work with you to determine what your space can accommodate; maximum participant capacity depends on available site space.

Deposits & cancellations

A 50% deposit secures your date, and final participant counts are due 48 hours before the event. Cancellation and reschedule terms — including weather-related options for outdoor events — are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
